Terms and Conditions

1. All subscription orders must be pre-paid. All subscriptions are entered on a January to December basis.
   Subscriptions are renewable by 15 December each year and will only be accepted as such. James Nicholas Publishers reserves the right to apply an administrative surcharge to subscription renewal payments received
   after this date. This surcharge will not apply to new orders.
2. Pre-payment of subscriptions is essential. Orders or subscription lists received without payment or with incorrect payment will be returned unrecorded and unfulfilled with the request that they be re-presented with the correct payment.
3. Personal subscriptions are welcomed if prepaid by credit card only. Personal subscriptions are addressed to individuals at a private address only and are for private use. Acceptance of personal subscriptions is at the discretion of James Nicholas Publishers. The company reserves the right not to accept personal subscriptions which may not be for private use. The following rates apply:
   Australia: $AUS 60.50 (GST inc.), New Zealand: $AUS 55.00, Europe & Rest of the World: $US 60.00
4. Cancellations of pre-paid subscriptions made before 31 December of the year preceding publication will receive a full refund; subsequent cancellations will not receive a refund.
5. Subscription rates must be paid according to the currency for the geographical location of the subscribing institution as per price list.
6. Subscriptions destined for organisations or individuals outside Australia must be shipped by James Nicholas Publishers to addresses outside Australia. Overseas subscriptions will not be shipped to consolidation addresses within Australia.
7. James Nicholas Publishers accepts subscriptions for agency consolidation addresses. As a condition of the acceptance of consolidation address subscriptions, James Nicholas Publishers requires that the full mailing address of the end-user be provided by the agency.
8. Replacement requests will be considered for up to two months after the date of publication. Replacement issues will not be sent to consolidation addresses. Replacements to the institutional addresses of consolidation address end-users will be sent at the discretion of the Publisher.
9. Where consolidation addresses are used agencies must also provide the full mailing address of institutional end-users.
10. James Nicholas Publishers reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions and/or subscription rates without
    notice.
11. Please note: GST is applicable to Australian subscribers only: All Australian subscription rates include GST.
