About the Editors

Donna Gibbs is a Senior Lecturer in Postgraduate Studies in the School of Education, Macquarie University. She has taught in primary, secondary and tertiary systems and was an Inspector for the NSW Board of Studies. She has recently received funding to work with the School of Education to put their postgraduate units online. Her current research interests include English curriculum in national and international contexts, and the impact of technology on curriculum.

Kerri-Lee Krause is a Lecturer in the School of Education, Macquarie University in the areas of educational psychology, sociology and language development. She has taught in secondary and tertiary contexts and is particularly interested in the needs of first year tertiary students in relation to their use of technology to access information. She researches adolescent literacy, writing anxiety and cognitive processes, and the metalinguistic features of second language writing in English.
